A leading automotive components manufacturer in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Senior Production Controller & Logistics Manager. This role involves managing supply logistics, improving material flow efficiency, and leading teams in a people-oriented environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in automotive manufacturing and possess strong communication and energetic leadership skills.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior Production Controller & Logistics Manager to join a highly customer centric, successful, international automotive component manufacturing business in Northamptonshire. This opportunity spans managing inbound supply, storage of component parts, the logistics and movement of these around the site, and coordinating outbound delivery. Meticulous planning and the ability to identify efficiencies in material flow and storage are essential. 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma experience are advantageous.
