Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior Production Controller & Logistics Manager to join a highly customer centric, successful, international automotive component manufacturing business in Northamptonshire. The organisation is people-oriented and seeks ambitious, well-educated, innovative individuals who are committed to leading teams, nurturing talent, and driving results through collaborative teamwork where each person is valued. The role requires a high calibre, energetic leader who is results-oriented and willing to challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site. There is significant potential for a skilled, resilient, team‑focused leader to make a large impact and shape the role.

This opportunity spans managing inbound supply, storage of component parts, the logistics and movement of these around the site, and coordinating outbound delivery. Meticulous planning and the ability to identify efficiencies in material flow and storage are essential. 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities
