Overview

The position is responsible for leading and evolving the client partnership with Mars, managing a diverse team to deliver campaign assets across multiple brands across your region. This is a very demanding and ever-changing leadership role that requires strong experience in a similar role, managing various teams, key internal and external stakeholders, as well as clients, both onsite and remotely.

As the Production Client Lead, responsibilities also include ensuring overall brand performance, awareness of your revenue commitment, and driving client satisfaction, while working closely with senior internal stakeholders, as well as collating and aligning client feedback across production workstreams (including Commerce, Social and Influencer).

Critical knowledge of the creative and production processes, understanding key timings for inputs as well as being able to mitigate risks, solve problems and deliver on brand consistency by being aware and collaborating with regional teams is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Relationships:
  • • Cultivate open and honest relationships with clients fostering transparency, trust, and collaboration
  • • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • • Inspire and foster a culture of teamwork and mutual respect within your region
  • • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between your teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and seamless project delivery
  • • Regularly engage with internal teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction
  • • Where appropriate, work to enable connectivity across Media, Creative and Production
  • Commerciality:
  • • Demonstrate strong commercial leadership for Mars, with a focus on maximizing value and profitability
  • • Working with your Regional CFOs, utilize your financial acumen to deliver on all financial requirements
  • • Input into negotiation efforts, where applicable to secure favourable terms and drive cost efficiencies
  • • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your region, to measure commercial performance, enabling proactive decision-making and course correction as needed
  • Growth:
  • • By building strong client relationships and knowing the business inside out, you can proactively spot opportunities to drive organic growth for expanding services and adding value to the client's business
  • • Work with your Global Client Lead to implement innovative solutions and strategy in your region. Collaborate closely with internal teams to leverage expertise and resources effectively, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • • Continuously evaluate performance metrics and feedback to refine strategies, optimize processes, and enhance service delivery for your region
  • • Strong knowledge/Awareness of Cross-selling Groupe capabilities to enable us to introduce other parts of the business
  • Sustainable Production:
  • • Work directly with the client and Publicis Production ESG team (and any other internal Publicis Stakeholders as required) to build the GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emission reduction roadmap
  • • Work with your GCPL and regional client leadership team (if appropriate) to align on ESG related KPIs and track tangible results
  • • Create and share successful regional case studies to build awareness of ESG practices within the account team (internal and external)
