Qualifications

  • English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent).
  • Recent experience working within catering.
  • Must hold a DBS on the Update Service (CWForce).
  • Ability to plan and prepare teaching resources and conduct safety inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Support learners in the kitchen, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including meal preparation.
  • Manage food orders efficiently in collaboration with the Head Technician.
  • Maintain documentation related to safe working practices.
  • Actively participate in planning and executing theme evenings.
  • Incorporate sustainable produce into menu planning.
  • Ensure kitchen activities align with business objectives.
