Job summary

Butlin's is recruiting a Chef Apprentice in Minehead to join our busy kitchen teams and help deliver memorable meals for guests. You will assist in preparation and presentation of dishes, while upholding high hygiene standards and food safety.

The role offers hands-on learning through our Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship and the chance to progress with our culinary teams. Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work evenings and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or chef experience is helpful but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as part of a team and stay positive under pressure.
