Butlin's is offering a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship, where you’ll learn in our kitchens while earning a national qualification. You’ll develop skills to prepare and cook dishes to consistent standards, work safely with food and allergens, and help run a busy kitchen across venues and menus.

You’ll join a supportive kitchen team, gain hands-on experience with a range of dishes from American-style favourites to pub classics, and build confidence to progress in your cooking career.

Qualifikationen

• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Energetic, proactive and able to stay calm in a fast-paced kitchen.
