This position involves ensuring documentation is clear and accurate, using machinery to book transformed ingredients following system processes and standard operating procedures, and collecting ingredients from storage areas—including chills, ambient, and freezer zones.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that any documentation or paperwork completed is legible, clear, and accurate.
• Daily use of machinery, booking of all transformed ingredients following system processes and standard operating procedures to accurately label and provide full item/batch traceability.
• Collecting ingredients from storage areas – Chills, Ambient and freezer.
