Who are we looking for?

As a Production Blender, you will be responsible for operating industrial blending machines to mix ingredients according to precise recipes and production standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product safety, consistency, and quality.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a friendly, 10-person production team for a global company manufacturing Resins and Thermal Pastes. You also have the chance to be part of project teams to influence the area you work in and wider projects across the site.

Working hours and pattern

Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 4.15 pm and Friday early finish 7.30 am to 12 noon.

What will you be doing?

• Safely operate and monitor mixers and other blending machinery and equipment to produce high-quality blends.
• Accurately weigh, measure and mix raw materials to production instructions.
• Ensure proper blending of products based on receipes and batch records.
• Maintain accurate records of batches and production logs.
• Following health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and quality control colleagues.

Previous experience in a production environment and a blending role are desirable, although full training will be given. We provide a supportive team culture with hands‑on training across multiple production stations.
