Job summary

Raytheon UK in Glenrothes is seeking Production Associate(s) for a 12‑month FTC. You will join an electronics manufacturing facility and may travel to Livingston if required. Full training is provided.

The role involves soldering, inspection, mechanical and wiring assembly, and bonding/coating testing with specialist equipment. A steady, quality‑focused candidate who can work independently or in a team will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two standard grades at C/3 pass or above, or prior electronics or mechanical assembly experience.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
• Basic PC skills and quality‑mocused approach to meet customer expectations.

Job Overview

Raytheon UK has exciting new 12 month FTC opportunities for Production Associate(s) to join our team in Glenrothes. You will work within an electronics manufacturing facility and may be required to travel to an alternative site (Livingston) if needed. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Soldering and inspection to ANSI‑J STD/IPC610 standards.
• Mechanical and wiring assembly kit preparation.
• Bonding and coating testing of assemblies and sub‑assemblies using specialised equipment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of two standard grades at C/3 pass or above, or prior electronics or mechanical assembly experience.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Basic PC skills.
• Quality focused with a high emphasis on meeting customer quality expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Previous electronics and mechanical assembly experience.
