Job summary

Master of Malt is recruiting for a hands-on Production Bottling & Finishing role. You will work with the Production Manager to bottle, finish, package, and prepare premium spirits for customers in the UK and internationally.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.75 (plus £0.25p/h bonus) and a full-time Monday–Friday pattern (8:00am–4:30pm). This fixed-term contract runs until 18 December 2026, with potential extension and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Basic IT skills
• Intermediate written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Filling and preparing bottles for production runs.
• Hand-finishing bottles using premium wax seals.
• Bottle wrapping and presentation finishing.
• Bottle stringing and specialist packaging.
• Packing and casing finished products.
• Building and packaging gift packs and fractional packs.
• Supporting the team in achieving daily production targets.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role where you'll play an important part in bringing premium spirits to life. Working closely with the Production Manager and Team Leader, you'll help ensure our products are bottled, finished, packaged, and prepared to the highest standards before reaching customers.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Production Bottling & Finishing Team, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

• Filling and preparing bottles for production runs
