What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our UFC production team, helping bring live events to life behind the scenes. From supporting the Production Coordinator with crew bookings, call sheets, visas and permits, to keeping travel plans, schedules and processes running smoothly, you’ll play a key role in making sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

You’ll get hands-on with production admin, including raising POs, processing invoices and expenses, and supporting freelancers and staff across multiple events. You’ll also liaise with clients when needed and be ready to jump in wherever support is required.

The role includes travelling to UFC events across Europe and the Middle East, giving you the chance to experience live sport production first-hand.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the production team.
  • Liaise with and respond to clients as instructed.
  • Assist Production Coordinator with organising UFC events, including booking freelancer crew and equipment, preparing call sheets, and obtaining visas and permits.
  • Support the production team with updating and maintaining department processes such as staff schedules and policies.
  • Assist Production Coordinator to look after travel arrangements for production staff and crew.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices and CXC payments. Raise, manage, and reconcile expenses.
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job, as directed by the Production Managers, Production Executive, Line Producers or Head of Production.
  • The role involves travel to UFC events in Europe and the Middle East.

Knowledge And Experience
  • Previous experience as a Production Assistant or in a production environment.
Working Conditions
  • The work location is Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
  • This is a fixed term contract till 31st December 2026.
  • Working hours are 9-5 pm with occasional work outside of working hours where necessary for the business.
  • Weekend working / unsociable hours will be required. (Days off in lieu will be arranged for weekend work.)
  • Working with clients in different time zones.
  • Travel and working on site at UFC events in Europe and the Middle East.
