Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle baked goods e.g. Cookies, Bread, Cakes, and Crackers.
• Carry out all food packaging in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised.
• Ensure that all packaging items are well organised, in full supply and ready for each day’s production plan.
• Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging, and order prep for Retail, Catering, and Wholesale.
• Aid the Patisserie management team in meeting the required 98% fulfilment rate.
• Contribute to the award-winning standard of all Daylesford Organic products.
• Adhere to the organic standards set out by the Soil Association.

SALARY: £29,718 per annum
Weekly pay

HOURS: 45 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 05.00-14.30
