Premier League Studios is seeking a Production Assistant to support the Programming department from development through delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work with the Production Manager to ensure smooth operation of multiple programmes, including live shows, with hybrid working and occasional international shoots.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Production Assistant or Runner role.
• Administrative experience in a production/TV environment.
• Availability to work rota-based weekends and late shifts around football calendar.
• Appreciation for production processes (pre-production, production, post-production).
• Strong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative to complete tasks independently.
• Experience working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Excellent time management, reliability and punctuality.
• Positive, professional attitude with drive to progress in Production Management.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

Responsabilités

• Provide production assistance and administrative support to the Programming team.
• Coordinate shoots in the UK and occasionally internationally.
• Book crew, source locations, props and equipment; arrange travel and accommodation; manage visas and carnets; prepare call sheets.
• Raise work orders and process invoices; monitor and track costs against budgets.
• Maintain scheduling and workforce records using scheduling tools (Xytech or equivalent).
• Provide autocue and scripting support as part of the rota.
• Support Health & Safety compliance and processes.
• Undertake additional duties as required by the Production Manager and Coordinator.
