SALARY: £12.70 per hour

HOURS: 45 hours per week, Fixed Term Contract (until March 2026)
Monday - Friday, 05.00-14.30 / 07.00-16.30
Working every third Saturday

We’re hiring Food Production Operatives to help craft our award-winning organic products—trusted and loved by customers across the UK.
No previous experience required!

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm
• Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision
• Keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well‑organised
• Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging, and order prep for Retail, Catering, and Wholesale
