Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production, marketing, or fashion environment is highly desirable.
• Passion for fashion, creativity, and high-quality visual content.

Responsibilities

• Traffic creative briefs across production and creative teams.
• Track project progress and maintain status sheets.
• Coordinate shoot schedules and resource calendars.
• Support with coordinating photo and video shoots.
• Liaise with suppliers and support with budgeting.
• Manage administrative tasks including POs and invoicing.
• Archive content and maintain accurate records of production assets.
• Manage travel logistics including bookings.
