Location: Watford

Salary: £23,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) + Monthly Profit-Share Bonus

Join a long-established, family-run manufacturer in Watford producing high-quality paint and coatings for specialist industries. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Production Assistant to support day-to-day manufacturing operations in a clean, well-organised workshop.

You’ll be part of a small, friendly team where everyone plays an important role — ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things properly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Measuring and weighing raw materials accurately using calibrated scales
  • Pumping and mixing products following detailed formulas
  • Filling and sealing paint tins ready for dispatch
  • Keeping stock levels updated and recorded correctly
  • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and following strict H&S procedures
  • Assisting colleagues across production as needed
