About You

If you have a love for production, and enviable organisation and excel skills, this could be your next adventure with Nobody's Child. Reporting into the Creative Studio & Production Lead you'll provide holistic support across studio production for ecommerce shoots across everything from pre-production set up and management, asset management, through to post-production support - and everything in between!

Day to day, you'll find yourself

• Sample management for ecom, co-ordinating product for all ecom shoots.
• Shoot list management for all ecom shoots.
• Support on image selects post shoot on ecom, labelling SKUs etc.
• External ecom retouch management.
• Managing the internal image banks and the uploading of imagery for ecom.
• Support production team with castings and ecom crew bookings, photographers, HMU artists.
• Building relationships with external agencies and talent.
• Co-ordinating wholesale imagery selects, ensuring you are meeting key partner deadlines.
• Supporting on the co-ordination of cut out and mannequin shoots in-house.
• Steaming and sample prep support when necessary.
• Conducting competitor analysis - researching competitors, refreshing for e-com per season
• Providing ad hoc support to the production team as and when.
• Actively contribute to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. Every team member at NC plays a role in helping us reduce our environmental impact and create a positive legacy for our communities and the planet.

Ideally, you will come with some experience working in a fast paced retail production environment, have a basic understanding of production processes, a real whizz at excel and a love for responsible fashion. You'll be a creative thinker and problem solver, with a can-do positive attitude to support your team!
