Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Cumnock is seeking a Production / Assembly Operative for a fixed four-day week. The role involves carrying out production and assembly work for specialist vehicles, with training provided to upskill on machines, and a supportive team environment.

You will typically work Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:15 pm, with optional overtime on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at enhanced rates, and a starting pay of £16.50–£17.50 per hour plus progression and company benefits.

Since their establishment in 1989, they have become market leaders and are now looking to grow their friendly Production team.

In this varied role you will be responsible for carrying out a range of component assembly and production work for specialist vehicles with a range of applications. You will be part of a tight-knit team in addition to liaising with other departments, including machine operatives who will give you training to upskill yourself on machines. This is a Monday-Thursday role working 7am-5:15pm, with optional overtime on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday paid at enhanced rates.
