Job summary

Xcede, Manchester-based, is leading a global gaming and entertainment group’s AI transformation. You will join a newly formed AI Transformation team, turning prototypes into production-grade tools and enabling teams to scale AI across products.

We value hands-on Python/TypeScript, AWS CI/CD, and experience with RAG pipelines and LLM applications. You’ll collaborate across engineering and product, running workshops and building shared capabilities that accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Software/Machine Learning engineering background.
• Experience taking AI prototypes or internal tools into production.
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, agentic workflows or other LLM applications.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript, and comfortable picking up the other.
• Hands-on AWS experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code and observability.
• Experience building and using evals to measure model and system behaviour.
• Confident running training, workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions.
• A self-starter who owns problems end to end and enjoys working across the business.

Responsibilities

• Turn AI prototypes into production-grade tools that teams rely on.
• Run experiments to prove what works and evaluate new tools.
• Help engineering teams build faster with AI by embedding shared capabilities.
• Spot opportunities for shared platforms and reusable capabilities.
• Lead or participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing across teams.
