Production Administrator

SANDIACRE, NG10 5AN (ONSITE)

COMPETITIVE SALARY

Progress Rail Services UK is seeking a Production Administrator to provide administrative support on a day to day basis across various production functions.

The Role

As a Production Administrator you will be required to :

  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Expedite parts and update plans using ERP / MRP systems
  • Maintain shop floor paperwork and accurate works order bookings
  • Keep records updated in ERP / MRP and manual logs during downtime
  • Coordinate HR tasks (interviews, holidays, training registers)
  • Manage internal communications and support HSE briefings
  • Assist with KPI tracking, requisitions, and booking-in

Perform general clerical duties and other tasks as required

The Candidate
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
  • Knowledge of ERP / MRP systems
