Production Administrator | Ferndown | £35,000

Are you a methodical and analytical planner who takes pride in ensuring workflows run smoothly and according to plan? Do you thrive in a structured, reliable environment where precision and consistency are key?

As a Production Administrator you’ll play a central role in translating production forecasts into detailed schedules, coordinating materials and logistics, and maintaining the processes that keep operations on track. This is a full‑time, permanent position where you can drive operational excellence through your attention to detail and systematic approach.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with engineering, sales support and stores teams to resolve planning anomalies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems and generate reports to highlight progress and risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and support initiatives to enhance planning quality and efficiency.
