The role involves roughly 80/20 shooting to editing, with the editing team handling most post work while you perform occasional grading. Hybrid studio-based work is expected, focused on quality over quantity.

• Strong eye for premium aesthetics and storytelling.
• Gen Z cultural fluency and genuine interest in beauty/social media.

Responsibilities

• Shoot product-focused video in line with studio briefs and brand voice.
• Collaborate with social team to align concepts with brand direction.
• Handle occasional grading and finish on own work; editing is primarily handled by the team.
