Product Training Manager (Field-Based – Nationwide travel)

Salary: £45,000‑£49,000.00 + Benefits.

We’re working with a fast‑growing UK manufacturer whose award‑winning safeguarding technology is used across the NHS, mental health facilities, and educational environments – protecting people through vulnerable times. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.

As they expand nationwide, they’re seeking a Product Training Manager to lead customer and internal training across their innovative hardware and software product range. Full structured product training will be provided.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based position (full expenses paid including overnight stays) ideal for someone with strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a background in engineering, training, or operations. It would be ideal if you are based in Northern England / South East Scotland. A vehicle will be provided to attend presentations. Ex‑military candidates are highly encouraged to apply – your leadership, instructional & presentation ability, align perfectly with this organisation.

Role
