Job summary

CV Technical in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, is seeking a Product Test Engineer to join its growing Product Development team. You will carry out product testing and analyse results to ensure performance and reliability.

The role involves working with Design Engineers, Quality, Approvals and Compliance to take products from concept to production, with a proactive, hands-on approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys problem solving, takes ownership and drives improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in product testing, validation or a similar engineering environment.
• HNC/HND in engineering (or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong hands-on engineering skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Carry out product testing and evaluation of new and existing products.
• Record, analyse and report test data accurately.
• Work with Design Engineers through the NPI process from concept to completion.
• Support investigations into product performance issues and identify improvements.
• Develop and improve testing methods as part of a continuous improvement culture.
• Use data logging equipment and computer-based testing systems.
• Maintain calibration records for test equipment.
• Support compliance with relevant industry standards and legislation.
