The Product Technical Lead Opportunity

• Lead the architecture, technical design, and hands‑on development of a complex, user‑facing software product.
• Build and deliver high‑quality Python backend features, driving them from concept to production.
• Work with product and design teams to translate product goals into technical plans and ensure great user experience.
• Guide and mentor developers, running Agile ceremonies and upholding engineering best practices.
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and infrastructure to enhance scalability, performance, and delivery speed.

Your Key Skills

• Strong software engineering background with advanced Python skills (FastAPI or similar) and solid SQL/database expertise.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end software products and designing scalable, cloud‑based systems with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience within Agile teams.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical stakeholders, with excellent communication skills and a product‑focused mindset.
• Desirable experience includes frontend technologies (TypeScript/React) plus exposure to cybersecurity, data‑driven products, or SaaS platforms.
