  • Provide technical support and assistance internally and externally.
  • Support the internal sales and specification team with product support.
  • Provide estimation support, creating accurate quotations to minimise the risk of revisions.
  • Represent the business to a high standard across all departments.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry and product standards & compliance.
  • Capture product feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Innovation department on new concepts.
  • Oversee faulty product issues / returns validation.

Based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire

Salary: £32k - £35k per annum

Hours of work: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
