Techwaka seeks a Sustaining Engineering Leader to oversee the product support engineering team at Dowty Propellers. The role involves technical excellence and managing resources to ensure airworthiness of propeller systems. Job Summary
The Sustaining Engineering Leader leads a team of product support engineers to meet the technical needs of Dowty's customers, both external and internal. Working with the wider engineering team and the whole business, this team maintains the ongoing airworthiness of in-service propeller systems and drives improvements and investigations.

Required Qualifications
This role requires significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Functional Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
