Overview

Reporting to the Category Manager – B2B, the Category Executive will be instrumental in bringing our strategy to life. You will lead high‑profile projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, and directly influence the food served to thousands of people every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch Impact Drives that deliver real growth and ensure every launch lands powerfully inside and outside apetito.
  • Drive intentional innovation across the product mix: support the category roadmap, identify opportunities, shape briefs, set pricing, and bring new ideas to life.
  • Elevate the product experience: improve our ordering platforms, ensure exceptional product availability, and enhance meal quality on the service user’s plate.
  • Strengthen transparency, sharing & openness by ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and empowered to deliver change together.
  • Embed a customer‑obsessed mindset: bring the customer voice to every decision and shape products, launches, and strategies around their needs.
  • Champion structured sustainability, embedding it into the development process to drive real change and craft a story we can share with customers.

  • Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders while keeping them on track.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
  • Commercial awareness, connecting product and category decisions to business growth and customer value.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data; confident reviewing sales, margins and performance metrics to draw out insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Digitally literate: proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new tools and digital platforms quickly.
  • Flexibility to travel and possession of a full, clean driver’s licence.
  • High attention to detail, consistently accurate and thorough in work.
