As a Product Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is focused on understanding their questions, conducting research, and delivering thoughtful, effective solutions. It goes beyond resolving client questions. By interacting with clients daily, you’ll develop a clear view of their needs and challenges — making you a key voice in shaping our data products.
