Job summary

PIE Recruitment is seeking a Product Specialist to join a multi-disciplinary product team on a tech-for-good platform. The role is hybrid in Amersham, requiring in-office presence 3–4 days a week and close collaboration with designers, engineers and business stakeholders.

You will translate ideas into well-defined product requirements, help shape feature delivery, and balance analytical rigor with curiosity to improve online tools for families and Charities.

.This is an online consumer and B2B platform that helps thousands of families and Charities year in year out

.It's a hybrid role, you'll need to be in the office in Amersham at least 3 to4 days a week

eEmbedded within the Product Team and working closely with designers, engineers and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves

.Working alongside the Head of Product, UX designers and engineering leads, you will help translate product ideas, user needs and business opportunities into clearly defined product requirements that can be delivered by multidisciplinary development teams

.Your focus will be on helping teams understand problems, explore solutions and define the detailed behaviour of new features and improvements across the platform
