Job summary

Arm is seeking a Product Security Regulatory Compliance Engineer to translate evolving cybersecurity regulations into scalable engineering solutions. You will focus on the EU Cyber Resilience Act and other global obligations, embedding requirements across SDL and across engineering teams.

The role interfaces with Product Security, Legal and Compliance to meet evolving product security obligations. Relocation and visa sponsorship support are available for this position, with hybrid working in the

Qualifications

• Experience with Security Development Lifecycles and product security assurance.
• Ability to translate regulatory text into technical and engineering requirements.
• Familiarity with EU CRA, NIS2, ENISA, UK PSTI, BSI and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulations into product and engineering requirements.
• Lead regulatory risk assessments and gap analyses.
• Develop policies and processes aligning with security regulations.
• Embed regulatory requirements into Arm's SDL.
• Coordinate across product, security, legal and engineering teams.
• Support regulatory reporting and incident response planning.
• Drive alignment of regulatory and certification requirements.
• Develop guidance and training for CRA compliance.
• Represent Arm in regulatory and standards activities.
