Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a Product Security Digital Engineering Expert to shape security requirements and build digital workflows for safety‑critical defence programmes.

The role sits at the intersection of Product Security, Systems Engineering and MBSE, driving risk, assurance and traceability throughout the engineering lifecycle with active SC clearance required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security risk management, assurance and security requirements engineering.
• Experience delivering within MOD, Defence Digital, Aerospace or Defence environments.
• Strong Product Security or Cyber Security Engineering background.
• Experience working on complex engineering or defence programmes.
• Systems Engineering or Digital Engineering experience.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Capture Product Security engineering requirements and translate them into digital solutions and workflows.
• Define and optimise digital processes supporting security requirements management, risk assessment and security assurance activities.
• Develop traceability between security risks, requirements and verification evidence.
• Support implementation of Product Security digital solutions, including Acuity STREAM where applicable.
• Integrate Product Security activities into MBSE, Requirements Management and PLM environments.
• Develop proofs-of-concept, pilots and demonstrations for new Digital Engineering capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Security, Systems Engineering and Architecture teams across defence programmes.

The Opportunity

We are supporting a major defence and aerospace programme in the search for a Product Security Digital Engineering Expert to help drive the development of Digital Engineering solutions that support Product Security and Cyber Security activities across complex, safety-critical programmes.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Product Security, Systems Engineering, MBSE and Digital Engineering, helping to shape how security requirements, risks and assurance activities are managed throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture Product Security engineering requirements and translate them into digital solutions and workflows.
• Define and optimise digital processes supporting:
• Security requirements management
• Risk assessment and treatment
• Security assurance activities
• Develop traceability between:
• Security risks
• Security requirements
• Verification and validation evidence
• Support implementation of Product Security digital solutions, including Acuity STREAM where applicable.
• Integrate Product Security activities into MBSE, Requirements Management and PLM environments.
• Develop proof-of-concepts, pilots and demonstrations for new Digital Engineering capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Security, Systems Engineering and Architecture teams across defence programmes.
• Support the development of Digital Engineering standards, governance and best practices.
• Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
• Experience delivering within MOD, Defence Digital, Aerospace or Defence environments.
• Strong Product Security or Cyber Security Engineering background.
• Experience working on complex engineering or defence programmes.
• Knowledge of security risk management, assurance and security requirements engineering.
• Systems Engineering or Digital Engineering experience.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
