Qualifications

• Experienced liability adjuster with EL/PL and product recall focus.
• Experience writing complex and technical investigation reports.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Extensive insurance market knowledge and familiarity with scoping IT systems.
• Willingness to travel with a full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support valued clients in handling and settling a mixed caseload of Third-Party Liability Claims.
• Establish liability through thorough investigations within specified timelines.
• Manage EL/PL claims with emphasis on Product Recall Liability.
• Maintain client relationships and communication throughout the process.
• Investigate root causes and drive to efficient settlements when possible.
