The Opportunity

We are looking for a full time permanent Product Preparation Assistant to join our team in Chiswick Park. Its a diverse role and when we say that two days are never the same were not kidding. Each week we feature hundreds of products on TV and on our website and social media; products which range from beauty to clothing from kitchenware to garden products.

These products travel down from our Knowsley site to Chiswick Park and when they arrive they need to be sorted stored and then prepped for the live shows. Dont worry you dont need to figure this out on your own youll use computer systems to help track and store items and be given plans provided by our production team to let you know what item is needed and when. However it is down to you to ensure that the right products are available for a show in the right place and in tip-top condition and ready for their close up!

Our TV show isn’t just on from 9am 5pm so this role can involve shift work between the hours of 07:00-18:00, 08:00-19:00 & 14:00-01:00.

This is an onsite role.

Your Impact
  • You will talk to lots of different people from several teams so you will need to be able to communicate effectively.
  • You’ll also need to be organised to keep track of all the items that are going on air.
  • You will need to be a problem solver so that if an item isn’t where it’s supposed to be (not that this happens a lot) you can step in and save the day.
What You Bring

We’re open to candidates from all backgrounds so you dont necessarily need you to have worked in a Warehouse or Retail environment before but have knowledge of these industries.

You’ll need to have GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English and be able to find your way around a computer.
