The Product and Partnerships Industrial Placement is designed to develop our next generation of product leaders – curious thinkers, data explorers and customer-first creators who can turn insight into innovation. From day one, you’ll contribute to real projects that support our 28 million customers, learning how products, propositions and partnerships are built, launched and evolved as customer expectations change. You’ll see ideas move from insight to delivery while building valuable experience, confidence and connections for your future career.
Your 12-month Industrial Placement gives you the opportunity to take on meaningful work in a business bringing together the capabilities needed to create simpler, smarter and more connected experiences for customers. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues, collaborate across teams and use data, digital technology and customer insight to help solve real problems. By connecting the scale of our data, the power of our digital platforms and the expertise of our colleagues, we can better understand customer needs and respond in meaningful ways. Choose from Manchester, Leeds, Watford (London), Cardiff or Chester. With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues spend at least two days a week in the office.
