Responsibilities

• Gather clear requirements and write user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders.
• Develop user journeys based on usability studies and market analysis.
• Identify issues and present recommendations for resolution.
• Provide product demos and collect stakeholder feedback.
• Work closely with Product and Technology teams.
• Ensure features are implemented on schedule and issues timely remediated.
