Job summary

Victorian Plumbing Group is seeking a Product Owner for Web Platform & Apps to own end-to-end features across web and native apps. You will translate commercial goals into prioritised backlogs, refine user stories, and drive high-impact releases that boost conversion.

Collaborating with engineering, QA, UX, and analytics, you will manage roadmaps, balance dependencies, and align stakeholders while driving data-driven optimisation for millions of customers.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a Product Owner in fast-paced ecommerce.
Ability to translate commercial goals into user stories and backlog.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams and designers.
Strong stakeholder management and communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

Deliver End-to-End Features: own digital sales initiatives from discovery to release and post-launch optimisation.
Bridge Business & Tech: translate requirements into detailed user stories and tasks.
Roadmap & Backlog Management: prioritise features across value and complexity.
Collaborate & Unblock: work with developers, QA, UX, and analytics to maintain momentum.
Stakeholder Alignment: report progress, risks, and timelines to senior leaders.
Data-Driven Optimisation: set KPIs, measure launches, and evaluate performance.
