Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Product Owner for Personal Loans Risk Decisioning & Eligibility to lead the Enhanced Risk Assessment platform. You will oversee BAU operations while migrating to a new technology platform, balancing technology, risk, and operational priorities with strong problem solving.

The role requires experience in credit risk decisioning, Agile delivery, and leadership within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Experience in credit risk decisioning and risk controls.
Delivery experience with technology platforms and Agile methods.
Knowledge of risk and control management.
Ability to work with technology teams and stakeholders.

Experience with lending products.

Responsibilities

Develop customer level strategies and tailored solutions.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for the Product/Proposition team and advise stakeholders on applications of products and journeys.
Define priorities for delivering the strategy and lead execution of those priorities.
Develop commercial and business models with a solid understanding of P&L drivers.
Evaluate feasibility, legal compliance, and risks for new products.
Monitor market trends and feedback to refine the product and process before launch.
Manage launch plans and technical deployments with clear timelines and communications.
Track metrics like adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, and revenue to assess performance.
