Job summary

NECSWS is seeking a Product Owner to bridge strategic goals with software execution for Operational Policing Solutions. You will own the product backlog, prioritise features, and guide development teams to deliver user-centric OPS interfaces.

Responsibilities include defining strategy, roadmapping with product teams, collaborating with customers, performing QA, and conducting market research to identify opportunities for innovation. A London-based, full-time role requiring DBS/safety vetting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or similar in SaaS/software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical with a data-driven mindset.
• Familiar with design/product tools (e.g., Aha!).
• Understanding of the public safety market is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for OPS products.
• Own and prioritise product backlog and roadmap.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to gather requirements.
• QA to ensure quality and functionality of releases.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
