Job summary

World Courier is seeking a Product Owner for Legacy and Enabler technologies to own and evolve a portfolio supporting global depot, warehouse, and finance workflows. You will manage backlog, collaborate with engineering and business teams, and drive modernisation of custom and COTS platforms.

The role requires strong experience in product management, enterprise systems, and governance, with a focus on stabilising and modernising critical platforms in a regulated, global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Master’s degree in business, technology, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in product management/strategy required.
• 5+ years in a management capacity required.
• Experience with agile delivery and vendor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog for legacy and enabling tech platforms aligned to depot operations, finance, and compliance.
• Drive agile delivery with engineering, delivery, and business teams to deliver enhancements and upgrades.
• Translate operational and finance needs into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
