Role Overview

As a Product Owner – B2B Connected Car within AA‑X, you’ll be part of the UK’s largest and most trusted driving company, developing and testing human‑centric products and services fast; while giving AA members first access to everything we build. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering a roadmap that empowers fleet managers with real‑time diagnostics and predictive maintenance insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the B2B Connected Car product roadmap in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Own and manage a prioritised product backlog for dashboard and API products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Translate business needs into well‑defined functional and non‑functional requirements that deliver value.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance and stability, using insights to guide continuous improvement.
• Ensure all product developments meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience within B2B product ownership or product management within the fleet management sector.
• Strong understanding of connected car data and emerging automotive technologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional delivery squads using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
