Job summary

London Metal Exchange (LME) in London is seeking a Product Owner to define, prioritise, and deliver product capabilities that meet business needs. You will translate requirements into clear outcomes, maintain the roadmap and backlog, and guide delivery teams to drive value across the product lifecycle.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience in agile environments, and a track record delivering business and technology initiatives within financial services or exchange contexts.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Product Management certification (CSPO, PSPO or equivalent).
• Agile, Scrum or Lean qualifications.
• PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, APM or equivalent project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and desired business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with objectives and value.
• Define and refine epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Translate requirements into clear product deliverables and outcomes.
• Prioritise decisions balancing value, risk, and constraints.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and feedback to inform priorities.
• Manage lifecycle from concept to retirement and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for customer and business needs throughout delivery.
