Job summary

Sanderson Government & Defence is seeking a DV Cleared Product Owner for a major Defence programme. The role is hybrid with location in Bristol/Newbury and a focus on strategy, prioritisation, and agile delivery.

You will own the backlog and roadmap, engage with users and stakeholders, and collaborate with delivery teams to maximise value while navigating the security environment. Previous defence-related experience and active DV clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Active UKSV DV Clearance.
• Sole British National.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
• Previous experience within Defence or highly secure environments.

We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Product Owner to support a major Defence programme within a highly secure environment. This role will focus on driving product strategy, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery, ensuring products and services deliver measurable value to users and the wider organisation.
