You'll act as the strategic link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Anaplan solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise goals.

Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap for Anaplan commercial planning use cases (quota setting, territory planning, sales capacity). Align priorities with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to define and prioritize features and user stories.
  • Translate business needs into scalable Anaplan model designs, following global templates and best practices.

  • Ensure governance: data security, access controls, and compliance in all models.
  • Work with integration teams to manage data flows with systems like Snowflake, Salesforce, OneStream, Workday, and Callidus.
  • Enable users: create documentation, training, and run enablement sessions. Monitor adoption and continuously improve the platform.
  • Act as Anaplan product SME – keep up with the latest features and ensure solutions scale with business needs.
  • Provide thought leadership on Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, including model lifecycle management, governance, and internal capability building.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Anaplan or similar enterprise planning platforms (e.g., Oracle SPM, Varicent, Xactly, Forma.ai., Workday Adaptive Planning, Callidus(SAP)).
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Solution Architect in enterprise planning or commercial systems.
  • Technical knowledge in one or more of the following: understanding and explaining how technical issues have been troubleshot, Anaplan model building (or similar technology), Anaplan administration, workspace management, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  • Strong functional knowledge of quota setting, or compensation management, territory planning and sales capacity planning in a commercial context.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, and IT).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certified Anaplan Administrator, Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (TAW, Jira, Salesforce).
