Job summary

A dynamic staffing agency in Kettering is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the delivery of impactful digital products. In this role, you will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes across the application lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital solutions, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in analytical techniques. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and modern digital solutions.
  • Experience in change management/business in a commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio.
  • Experience with cloud computing, web, CMS, and API technologies.

Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

Salary up to £55k plus benefits

The Role

As Product Owner, you'll work closely with project teams and third-party agencies to ensure high-quality delivery across all phases of the application and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Own the direction and features of critical business applications
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support business initiatives
  • Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and produce specifications and feasibility reports
  • Conduct gap analysis, support UAT, and assist with user training and system rollout
  • Coordinate projects and resources to achieve deliverables efficiently
  • You will be a key point of contact for digital solutions, ensuring applications meet business needs and follow best-practice methodologies.
About You
Essential
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and modern digital solutions
  • Experience in change management/business in a commercial environment
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)Analytical, structured, logical thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio
  • Experience with cloud computing, web, CMS, and API technologies
  • BA Diploma modules or equivalent
Desirable
  • PRINCE2 or Agile (SCRUM) experience
