Real Staffing is supporting a leading University in the North West of England to recruit an experienced Product Owner for an in-house recruitment system project. You will own the backlog, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to drive delivery and system improvements.

The role requires strong Product Owner experience and a solid background in Java, PL/SQL, and Oracle, with a focus on business-critical applications.

We are supporting a leading University in the North West of England in the search for an experienced Product Owner to join a project focused on the ongoing development and enhancement of an in-house recruitment system.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog
• Gather and prioritise business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams
• Drive product delivery and continuous system improvements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner
• Strong understanding of Java, PL/SQL, and Oracle

Contract Details

• £450 per day
• Outside IR35
• Initial 3-Month Contract
