Your Role

• Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear, actionable user stories.
• Work closely with agile squads to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Align product strategy with development and business goals.
• Monitor product health and balance short-term delivery with long-term viability.
• Analyze feasibility, cost of delay, and impact of product changes.
• Communicate expected value across sprints and iterations.
• Drive customer-centric design and usability testing.

Your Profile

• Tech-savvy Product Owner with prior development or deep tech collaboration experience.
• 7+ years in business technology or consulting, with 3-5 years in agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and IT project management.
• Skilled in JIRA and other agile tools.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Quick decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in insurance domain and product portfolio is a plus.
• Experimental mindset with a passion for innovation and usability.
