This is a hands-on, strategic role where your primary responsibility is maximise product value and ensure our onboarding experiences are not only functional but delightful.
You’ll be joining a team of three Product Owners, each with their own domain focus. Yours will be all about bringing new customers into the organisation and making their first interactions with us smooth, engaging and memorable.
As Product Owner for our customer onboarding journeys, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering products that align with Bluecrest’s strategic priorities and create real value for our users.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business – and externally, to define delivery phases, communicate milestones, manage risks, and ensure transparency throughout. You’ll take ownership of the product backlog, prioritising work based on value and maintaining a clear hierarchy of requirements.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll be at the heart of delivery, helping shape the future of how new customers experience our brand.
