A leading UK travel provider is seeking a Product Operations Executive to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement of travel products. This hybrid role requires working collaboratively with suppliers and teams to address operational challenges efficiently. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in operations or logistics, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The position offers a salary between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum plus a generous benefits package.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Product Operations Executive to play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of our travel products. This role offers exposure to both the product and operational sides of the travel industry, giving you a broad understanding of how a travel team functions and valuable experience that can support future development across both the product and operational areas of the travel function.
In this role, you’ll coordinate supplier relationships, maintain accurate product information, support sales and customer teams, and assist in resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
It’s important that the successful candidate enjoys working collaboratively, can effectively manage competing priorities and thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations or logistics, and a proven track record of demonstrating initiative in resolving operational challenges to deliver results.

This role requires you to be working from our Folkestone or Crawley office a minimum of 3 times a week. We have designated office space for colleagues in our Travel business, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a function.
