  • Serve as a central point of contact for product and destination queries, becoming a knowledgeable and reliable source of information for the wider business.
  • Coordinate and maintain product operations, including pre-season checks, Health & Safety updates, and accurate system data.
  • Build strong, solution-focused relationships with suppliers by ensuring they receive correct documentation and updates, supporting them in resolving issues proactively, and enabling smooth service delivery.
  • Manage operational updates and holiday amendments, ensuring changes are communicated clearly and implemented efficiently.
  • Support quality management by reviewing supplier feedback, actioning reports, and working closely with Customer Service to resolve complaints and manage reclaims.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, share insights, proactively and efficiently address operational challenges, and maintain a Customer First approach.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and occasional overseas trips as a knowledgeable brand ambassador.
