Job description
Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for maintaining and updating essential product data including, but not limited to, product specifications, pricing, SKUs, and launch details across internal systems.
  • Ensure product catalogues, PIM platforms, and databases are accurate and consistently maintained.
  • Prepare and distribute reports for the team on product performance, stock levels, and adoption metrics to support decision‑making.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the product critical path, ensuring timely progression through development stages and task handovers.
  • Coordinate product development workflows including briefs, sample tracking, approvals, and change logs.
  • Support compliance activities by managing documentation, testing certifications, and technical records.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
  • Assist in product launch readiness by verifying packaging details, artwork, and system setup.
  • Prepare commercial materials such as price lists, product sheets, and presentations, and assist with competitor benchmarking and forecasting.
